Booking:
Please book your slot in advance. A 50% deposit is required to secure your session.

Delivery Time:
Edited photos will be ready within 1–2 weeks after you have selected your images (excluding public holidays).
This includes basic photo retouching and photo printing (if applicable).

Soft Copy:
All images are provided in high-resolution .JPG format.

Can we walk in on the photoshoot day without booking?
No, all photo sessions are by appointment only. Please book early to secure your slot. A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking.

Can we have more than one outfit change during the photo session?
Each session allows for one outfit only.

When can we view the photos?
You may view them after the photo session or via a private online gallery.
We’ll send you the gallery link to select your favourite photos, and photo retouching will begin once your selection is complete.

When can we receive the final photos?
Please allow 1–2 weeks for photo retouching.
If you’ve ordered prints or frames, additional time may be required, especially during public holidays. You will be notified once your photos are ready.

What if we want to add photo prints or frames?
Prices vary depending on size and type. Let us know your preferences, and we’ll provide an estimate.

Do you provide RAW files from the photo session?
We do not provide RAW (unprocessed) files, as we aim to deliver a polished and complete final product. Our sessions are designed with the finished result in mind.

Do you deliver every image you shoot?
No, we carefully curate the best images — removing duplicates, test shots, and any that don’t meet our quality standards — to deliver a refined final gallery.
