We have more than 15 family members, do you charge for additional person?
Yes. Each additional person is charged a rate of RM35 for adults or kids. No charges for children below 3 year old.

What should we all wear?
Plan your outfit in advance and choose coordinating colours & tones. E.g: Red & Yellow / Blue & Yellow / Red & Blue / or etc.

What time do the sessions take place?
8:00AM. The ideal time is in the morning, as early as possible. This is for a few reasons: the early morning light is lovely and not too hot. We don’t recommend to shoot in afternoon due the hot weather and you will feel not comfortable during the shoot.

What happens if it rains?
We’ll get in touch a couple of days before the shoot (after consulting the weather forecast) and if it looks like rain we can either reschedule or go ahead after the rain.

When we can view the photos?
1 week after the shoot, we will send a private online gallery for you to choose your favourite photos. We will proceed with the photo retouching once you’ve done your selection.

When we can get the final photos and frames?
Please allow us to take 3 – 4 weeks time for the photo retouching and photo printing. Printing take times too since it is in CNY period. You will be notify once the photo and printing is done.

What if we don’t need the photo frames?
You can exchange it with additional 10 soft copy images. Total 35 soft copy images you will get in the package.

What if we would like to have additional or all the soft copy images?
You can purchase additional soft copy images at RM30 per image; or entire set of images for RM500.

What if we would like to add-on photo prints and frames?
Prints and frames prices depends on the photo and frame size. Appreciate if you can let us know the size so we can provide an estimate to you.

Do you provide the RAW files from my photo session?
We do not provide RAW (unprocessed) files from our shoots because we believe in delivering a finished product. We’re often shooting with the end (post-produced) product in mind.

Do you deliver every image you shoot?
No, we do not. We eliminate duplicate images, test shots, missed focused shots, shots with bad expressions and other images that may dilute the overall product delivery.
