We have more than 7 family members. Do you charge for the additional person?
Yes, additional persons are charged RM35 each for adults or kids. However, there is no charge for children below 3 years old. Please note that a maximum of 8 persons can fit within the studio theme.

What should we all wear?
Plan your outfits in advance and choose coordinating colors and tones.

• Recommended Color Themes: Neutral, Red, Yellow, or Traditional Wear
• Avoid: Clothing with large logos or text

Can we walk in on the photoshoot day without booking?
No, all photo sessions are by appointment only. Please book early to secure your slot. A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking.

Can we have more than one outfit change during the photo session?
This is a 30-minute mini session, so we do not recommend more than one outfit change due to time constraints.

When can we view the photos?
1–2 weeks after the shoot, we will send you a private online gallery to select your favorite photos. Photo retouching will proceed once your selection is complete.

When can we receive the final photos?
Please allow 3–4 weeks for photo retouching. If you’ve added prints or frames, additional time may be required, especially during the Chinese New Year period. You will be notified once the photos are ready.

What if we want additional or all the soft copy images?
Additional soft copy images are available for purchase at RM50 per image.

What if we want to add photo prints or frames?
Prices for prints and frames depend on the size and type. Let us know your preferences, and we’ll provide an estimate.

Do you provide RAW files from the photo session?
A: We do not provide RAW (unprocessed) files as we aim to deliver a polished final product. Our shoots are tailored with the finished result in mind.

Do you deliver every image you shoot?
No, we carefully curate the best images by eliminating duplicates, test shots, missed-focus shots, and any others that might detract from the overall quality.
